Cy Armstrong was the owner of Cy's 'Mech City in Solaris VII. He was described as a typical used-vehicle salesman.[1]

History[edit]

His company deals with scrapped and rebuilt BattleMechs and located between Powers Avenue and James Street[2] it was the only one of this type in the International Zone and it was considered neutral territory. The quality of the 'Mech can range to serviceable machines valid for novice MechWarriors to barely recognizable scrap useful only for spare parts[1].

Armstrong was known to have Black Market Connections.
