Evadne Rivoli eliminated the bride-ridden excesses that her father's and grandfather's administrations saw to almost daily. Her first loyalty was to the company and the Capellan state second, an attitude that caused unwelcome attention from the Maskirovka.[3]

- Handbook: House Liao states once that a "Killian" Rivoli was Evadne's father.[1] This is assumed to be a error; Patrick's name is given in the color insert of the same book and is consistent with previous books, including his biography in House Liao (The Capellan Confederation).
