Hester Janocek was the commanding officers of the 151st Procyon Guards Infantry Regiment in 3071.[1]
He had a very good working relationship with Precentor Nicholas Alvarez, senior administrator of the Procyon HPG and liaison between the Procyon Protectorate Militia and the regular Blake Militia (consisting of two Level II BattleMech forces).[1]
