Kirin is a Kerensky Cluster world, found in "Clan Space." The world is located coreword of Delios.

The planet was a originally Clan Hell's Horses, however, in the early 31st Century, Clan Smoke Jaguar seized some control of the world, until the Inner Sphere Task force ultimately drove the Jaguars into extinction. Clan Hell's Horses forces landed on planet, stripped of its minimum defenders and took the planet exclusively for themselves.[8]
