As of 3071, Richard Loesch was an Adept VI in the Com Guards. Part of a unit raiding Word of Blake targets in the Free Worlds League, Loesch was the first pilot to score a confirmed kill while at the controls of his fighter, the brand new HCT-215 Hellcat II, defeating a Blakist Level II in the Marcus system.
