Ulysses Steiner was a Lyran Commonwealth noble related to House Steiner.

Steiner would serve as part of the First Royal Guards. During the Jihad he fought against Manei Domini as an infantry officer.[1]
During 3083 he served as the head of a Lyran task-force that was following the whereabouts of several Word of Blake weapons caches.
