Description[edit]

The successor to the original and similarly named BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion, BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion Salvage is a lucky-dip box containing one plastic BattleMech miniature for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides one dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and one new Pilot Card.

Though the original Salvage Box: Clan Invasion was created for the 2019 Clan Invasion Crowdfunding Campaign to ensure those who received a number of ForcePacks and selected Lance ForcePacks (4 'Mechs) over Star ForcePacks (5 'Mechs) also received an additional fifth 'Mech, the success and response to the Salvage Boxes among the BattleTech community prompted Cataylst to create a mass retail version drawing from all the 'Mechs developed from the Clan Invasion campaign.

The BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion Salvage boxes draw from the 'Mech miniatures from the Clan Invasion Box set (excluding the Elementals) the Clan Command Star, Clan Heavy Striker Star, Clan Fire Star, Clan Support Star, Clan Heavy Battle Star, Clan Heavy Star, Clan Striker Star, Clan Ad Hoc Star, Inner Sphere Command Lance, Inner Sphere Battle Lance, Inner Sphere Direct Fire Lance, Inner Sphere Heavy Lance, Inner Sphere Striker Lance, Inner Sphere Fire Lance, Inner Sphere Heavy Battle Lance, Inner Sphere Urban Lance, Inner Sphere Support Lance, ComStar Command Level II and the ComStar Battle Level II ForcePacks.

  • The BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion Salvage is sold to retailers in cartons of nine individual boxes in rows of three, the cartons becoming the counter display for the boxes.
  • Anidotal evidence from purchases of entire cartons indicates the randomization within each carton is limited, with individual boxes drawing from combinations of one Lance Pack and one Star Pack, two Lance Packs and one random OmniMech or one Level II pack and three random OmniMechs.
