The Caripare system is located near the Cyrenaica and Juazeiro systems.[3]

The Caripare system settled at some point prior to the end of the Reunification War.[4]

Caripare was invaded in the second wave of Operation BULLDOG by the First Shin Legion, two Trinaries of the Star League First Nova Cat Guards, the Second An Ting Legion, the Com Guards Seventy-Ninth Division, the First Fusiliers of Oriente, and the First St. Ives Lancers. The defending Fifth Nova Cat Regulars (which later were integrated into the SDLF) and Second Jaguar Guards lost control of the planet.[22]
