Miaplacidus
Planetary History
Miaplacidus was a peaceful world whose inhabitants devoted themselves to creative arts and enjoying the world's natural beauty. By design there were no military installations on the planet. However, by 3136, Tesla City at least suffered from gang warfare beneath its benevolent surface, with its colorful street murals serving to delineate gang turf.[18]
Miaplacidus was among the ex–Free Worlds League worlds conquered by the Republic of the Sphere during Operation GOLDEN DAWN in 3081.[11]
Anastasia Kerensky and her Wolf Hunters spent a month partaking of Miaplacidus' natural activities in April and May 3136 while awaiting delivery of a Savage Wolf from ovKhan Petr Kalasa of Clan Sea Fox.[18]
Geography
Miaplacidus was home to terrain types allowing for recreational activities such as wilderness camping, skiing, rock climbing, reef snorkeling and kite boating across kilometers of open water. It had at least one urban area with a DropPort, Tesla City.[18]
